Can I use the bracket I already own?
Possibly. Provide its model number and the television model so weight, VESA spacing, hardware and wall compatibility can be checked. A bracket that held a previous TV is not automatically suitable for the replacement.
Do I have to buy a bracket first?
No. You can ask about having a suitable mount brought to the appointment. Explain whether you want a fixed position, tilt or swivel, and confirm the equipment and price as part of the project scope.
How high should the TV be?
Start near seated eye level at the picture center, then test against the furniture and room layout. Use our height calculator for approximate screen-edge positions.
Can you hide all the cables?
The available finish depends on wall construction, power and the cables involved. External covers and suitable in-wall routes are different options. Ordinary power cords must not simply be placed inside the wall.
What affects the quote?
The TV count and size, bracket, wall surface, access, cable work, soundbar and any dismount or remount work affect scope. Send photos and equipment details rather than relying on a generic advertised price.
Are same-day appointments available?
Ask about current availability for your address and project. Scheduling and travel need confirmation; a request is not a guaranteed appointment.
What should I do before the visit?
Clear the work area, obtain any property permission, gather the TV and mount manuals, and have remotes and devices ready. Keep account passwords private and complete sign-ins yourself.
Can you remove an existing TV?
Yes, dismount and remount work can be requested. Specify whether you need removal only, replacement on the same wall or a move to another location. Confirm packing, disposal and wall-repair requirements separately.
